Psych Store Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up same-day from one of our locations, so long as the order has been placed before the cutoff time. Individual store cut-off times may differ. Refer to the checkout page to see cut-off times for each store. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Local Delivery

During checkout, enter your address and choose the delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within store-specific ranges. If the local delivery option does not show up as available during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When you select delivery as your option on checkout, a cut-off time will be displayed for the nearest location to you. If your order is placed before the cut-off time of that business day, your order will be delivered same-day. Otherwise, it will be delivered the next business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive emails with delivery updates including but not limited to, scheduled for delivery, picked up by driver, delivered.

 

Flat Rate Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Flat rate delivery fee may become available in certain circumstances. We ship out of USA..

 

Delivery Rates and Estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Free Delivery Threshold

For orders with a subtotal of over $300 free 1-2 business day USPS express delivery will be available.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 calendar days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@psychedelicstore.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
